The site forms the affordable housing component of the residential re-development of the College of Ripon & York St John. The two and three storey development provides 40 one and two bedroom self contained flats. Additional facilities resulting from Hanover’s partnership with the Primary Care Health Trust and NYCC social services department include treatment and therapy suites plus an additional lounge to accommodate a client group with dementia.
