The majority of the workload of the practice has always been in the Residential Sector, where we have completed a track record and developed a level of expertise second to none in the Yorkshire Region. This work spans urban living, family housing, student housing, supported housing, and older persons housing. Over two decades we have worked with over 60 residential developers and housebuilders and over 50 registered social housing providers on residential projects including city centre apartments, mill, hospital and office conversions, estates and individual country houses.
