A residential development of five individual detached properties on a secluded site in Boston Spa. The design influenced by a dominant grade II listed neighbouring property in the Arts and Crafts style, and constructed in stonework with simple detailing to reflect the more Georgian high street and older parts of Boston Spa.
The character of the site is preserved by the retention of an existing listed brick garden wall, and the houses nestle between the canopies of existing mature trees.
