34 Hyde Terrace consists of the refurbishment and extension of a three storey grade II listed building to form 14 boutique student apartments and common lounge. All internal architectural features were sensitively incorporated into the new design and the building returned to its original layout. The project also included the erection of a three storey annex building containing a further 12 apartments. The buildings are designed to complement the setting of the listed building and are constructed in masonry and stone detailing to suit the local vernacular.

The project involves sensitively designed hard and soft landscape scheme to soften the proposals and provide vibrant external amenity space for residents.
