Competition entry for the residential masterplan of the 150 acre Harrier Park regeneration scheme on the former Rolls Royce site in Hucknall.

The proposed scheme analyses the constraints and opportunities to create a context driven solution that incorporates the axis of the existing runway and testing facility.

Our proposals identified a set of development principles which have been used to develop design proposals that focus’ on movement, urban grain, perimeters, landscape, connections and phasing alongside commercial delivery and viability.
