The Leeds Golf Centre project consists of the compete remodel and extension of the existing golf clubhouse to include leisure, hospitality and changing facilities and the erection of a state of the art two storey driving range. The original proposal also included the creation of 37 eco-lodges to be constructed around a proposed artificial lake and extensive landscaping.

The application, submitted in 2018 also included a comprehensive masterplan for the future development and diversification of the club including the realigned driving range, relocated footgolf and academy part 3 course and the creation of a children’s adventure golf facility.
