Newcastle Pitt Street consists of the erection of two student accommodation blocks (6 & 9 storeys) either side of Pitt and Wellington Street in Newcastle City Centre. The blocks have a distinctive stepped appearance with masonry and stone façade and contemporary window design.

BBA undertook a full analysis and redesign of the existing planning permission to suit the requirements of the developer’s student accommodation brand including opportunities for greater efficiency and standardization of construction.
