Hannah joined Brewster Bye in 2016 after completing a Master of Architecture Degree at Leeds Beckett University. She qualified as a chartered architect in 2019 and was promoted to Associate in 2022.
Hannah has worked predominantly on large scale city centre and city fringe residential and student accommodation schemes for both private developers and housing association clients. Hannah also works with a number of charity organisations on projects that have included an LGBTQ+ older persons housing scheme and Regents Lodge, a supported housing scheme for people with addiction issues which was named Yorkshire’s best residential development at the inaugural Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors’ (RICS) Social Impact Awards.
Hannah has experience in schemes from inception right through to completion with particular focus on stages 0-3, she has in depth experience leading projects through design consultation periods, to securing the award of statutory permissions. Hannah also has a keen interest in sustainable design and became a certified Passivhaus Designer in 2023.
