Monica joined BBA in November 2019 and has quickly become a key part of the management team as Business Manager with responsibility for Finance, Legal and statutory and Human Resources.

She previously worked as a financial and payroll controller in industries ranging from restaurants, hotels, property management, furniture and charities and has transferred these skills seamlessly across to the construction industry and the specifics of an architectural practice, making sure that the administrative side of the practice runs efficiently.
